The Republican National Committee has filed a bombshell lawsuit against Virginia, exposing what appears to be a massive election integrity scandal that allows non-residents to cast ballots in state elections—a practice that directly violates Virginia's own constitution.

This latest legal action comes as President Trump's administration continues its relentless push to secure American elections and stop the left's systematic attempts to undermine voting integrity across the nation.

According to the RNC's court filing, Virginia has been accepting and counting ballots from individuals who have never established residency in the state, creating what critics are calling a "ghost voter" loophole that Democrats have been exploiting for years.

Constitutional Crisis in the Commonwealth

Virginia's own constitution clearly states that only bona fide residents can participate in state elections, yet the commonwealth appears to have been turning a blind eye to this fundamental requirement. How many elections have been tainted by this unconstitutional practice?

"This is exactly the kind of election manipulation that undermines faith in our democratic process," a senior RNC official stated. "Virginia Democrats can't just ignore their own constitution when it's convenient for their political agenda."

"We will not stand by while states create illegal pathways for non-residents to influence elections that should be decided solely by actual Virginia citizens."

The lawsuit represents part of the broader election integrity movement that has gained tremendous momentum under President Trump's leadership. Since taking office for his second term, the Trump-Vance administration has made securing elections a top priority, working with state parties to root out irregularities and unconstitutional practices.

This case also highlights the importance of having fighters like the current RNC leadership who aren't afraid to take on Democrat-controlled states that play fast and loose with election laws.

Patriots across Virginia and the nation are watching closely to see whether the courts will uphold constitutional requirements or allow this brazen violation of election law to continue. The outcome could set a crucial precedent for election integrity battles nationwide.

Will Virginia finally be forced to follow its own constitution, or will Democrat officials continue their assault on election integrity?

I worked as a poll watcher in Northern Virginia last election and saw so many questionable registrations that couldn't be verified on the spot. The poll workers just shrugged and said 'provisional ballot' - but who follows up on those?

This needs to be investigated in every swing state immediately. If Virginia is doing this, you can bet Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Arizona have the same problems.

100% agree. The RNC needs to file lawsuits in all these states before 2024.

Finally! This is exactly what we've been saying for years - there's no way to have election integrity without proper verification. How many other states are turning a blind eye to this?

Virginia has been sketchy for years. Remember when they tried to automatically register everyone at the DMV?
