The audacity of corrupt Democrats knows no bounds. Former Massachusetts state Rep. David Nangle, who pleaded guilty to nearly two dozen criminal charges including campaign theft and bank fraud, is now begging to keep his massive $800,000 taxpayer-funded pension.
This is the same David Nangle who spent two decades representing the Lowell area while systematically defrauding the very people he was supposed to serve. The Democrat even had the gall to sit as vice chair of the House Ethics Committee – you can't make this stuff up, folks.
In February 2021, Nangle's house of cards finally collapsed when he pleaded guilty to stealing money from his campaign for personal expenses, defrauding banks, and failing to report income. But apparently, admitting to being a crook isn't enough to shame this Democrat into walking away from the taxpayer trough.
The Democrat Gravy Train Never Stops
While hardworking Massachusetts families struggle with inflation and rising costs under the failed policies of the previous Biden administration, this convicted fraudster wants them to fund his comfortable retirement. The sheer arrogance is breathtaking.
This perfectly encapsulates everything wrong with the swamp creatures who think they're above the law. Nangle didn't just betray the public trust – he systematically stole from his own supporters and lied to financial institutions. Yet he believes he's still entitled to nearly a million dollars in taxpayer benefits.
"The taxpayers of Massachusetts deserve better than funding the retirement of convicted criminals who spent decades robbing them blind."
President Trump's second term has been a beacon of accountability, showing Americans what real leadership looks like. The contrast with corrupt Democrats like Nangle couldn't be starker.
It's time for Massachusetts officials to do the right thing and strip this fraudster of every penny of taxpayer benefits. Why should honest, hardworking Americans fund the golden years of someone who made a career out of stealing from them?
The swamp is deep, patriots, but cases like this remind us exactly why we need to keep draining it.
