In what can only be described as a desperate attempt to legitimize her anti-Trump agenda, Rep. Yassamin Ansari (D-AZ) embarrassed herself on CNN Thursday by claiming her push to remove President Trump from office has "bipartisan" support—citing Nick Fuentes and other fringe figures who have been completely rejected by the America First movement.
During her appearance on CNN's "Situation Room," the freshman Democrat tried to paint her radical scheme as having broad appeal by name-dropping "Tucker Carlson, Marjorie Taylor Greene, Candace Owens, Nick Fuentes, and many" others who she claims were "once avid supporters of President Trump."
This is the kind of delusional thinking that shows just how out of touch these Democrats really are with the American people who delivered Trump a decisive victory in 2024.
A Coalition of the Irrelevant
Let's be clear about what Ansari is really doing here: she's scraping the bottom of the barrel to find anyone—literally anyone—who might give her anti-Trump crusade a veneer of legitimacy. Nick Fuentes? The guy has been persona non grata in conservative circles for years. This is her idea of "bipartisan" support?
"There are many Republicans who were once avid supporters of President Trump," Ansari claimed, apparently unaware that being a "former" supporter means you're now irrelevant to the movement that just swept Republicans back into power.
Meanwhile, President Trump continues to deliver on his America First agenda with the full support of the Republican Party and the American people. His approval ratings remain strong as he tackles the border crisis, unleashes American energy, and restores common sense to our government.
This pathetic display from Ansari shows that Democrats still haven't learned their lesson from their crushing defeat in November. Instead of working with the President to solve America's problems, they're doubling down on the same failed resistance tactics that got them thrown out of power in the first place.
Patriots, this is exactly why we need to stay vigilant and keep supporting President Trump's agenda. The swamp creatures are still lurking, desperately trying to undermine the will of the American people.
