The Intelligence Community Inspector General literally rewrote the rules to allow secondhand hearsay – something that was previously forbidden – to qualify as whistleblower complaints.
Talk about suspicious timing. These rule changes happened right before the anonymous "whistleblower" filed his complaint about Trump's perfectly legitimate phone call with Ukraine's president. Coincidence? Not a chance.
