Troye, who served as Pence's homeland security and counterterrorism adviser before dramatically quitting in 2020, is seeking the Democratic nomination for Virginia's 10th Congressional District. Her announcement confirms what patriots have known all along: she was never really a conservative to begin with.
This is the same Olivia Troye who threw Trump under the bus during his first term, claiming she witnessed the President's "disregard for human life" during COVID-19 briefings. Now she's officially joined the party of open borders, endless spending, and woke extremism.
From RINO Staffer to Full-Blown Democrat
Troye's transformation from Republican staffer to Democrat candidate didn't happen overnight. After resigning in August 2020, she became a darling of the liberal media, appearing on CNN and MSNBC to trash the America First movement that millions of patriots support.
She even endorsed Joe Biden in 2020 and Kamala Harris in 2024, proving that her allegiances were always with the swamp, not the American people. Her congressional run is simply the logical next step for someone who sold out her principles for mainstream media fame.
"Troye represents everything wrong with the Washington establishment—a career bureaucrat who stabbed her boss in the back the moment it became politically convenient," one Trump administration veteran told reporters.
Virginia's 10th District, which includes parts of Northern Virginia's swamp suburbs, has become increasingly blue thanks to federal government employees who benefit from the bloated administrative state. Troye fits right in with the deep state crowd that wants to keep the gravy train running.
While President Trump works to drain the swamp and implement his America First agenda, turncoats like Troye are desperately trying to preserve the corrupt system that made them rich. Patriots in Virginia deserve better than a Benedict Arnold who can't even stick to her own party's principles.
