WASHINGTON — Rep. Randy Fine, R-Fla., didn't mince words. In a wide-ranging interview with Fox News Digital, the MAGA firebrand accused Democrats of siding with the Iranian regime for one reason and one reason only: their hatred of President Donald Trump.

"It's been clear to me, based on my time in Congress, that the Democrats are on the side of Iran, and it's simply because they hate Donald Trump," Fine told Fox News Digital. "What's extraordinary about it is the same Democrats who called for an overthrow of the mainstream Muslim religious leaders who run Iran all of a sudden got upset when Donald Trump did something about it."

Fine's comments come after Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps issued a public call urging American voters to oppose Trump in the upcoming midterm elections — a move the Florida Republican said could actually help Republicans at the ballot box.

"Well, I hope it does," Fine said when asked whether the IRGC's election interference would impact voters.

'THE WOMAN IS ENMESHED. SHE'S BATHED IN FRAUD.'

Fine also weighed in on the escalating controversy surrounding Rep. Ilhan Omar, D-Minn., after Tom Homan announced that the Department of Homeland Security was investigating the congresswoman. Asked whether Omar should be deported, Fine didn't hesitate.

"If she engaged in immigration fraud, she should be deported. And by the way, as should anyone who engaged in immigration fraud," he said. "And look, the woman is enmeshed. She's bathed in fraud. I think the best example that we know is fraud is when she said she made 30 million dollars, which she either did and then lied about it and said she didn't make it, or she made it up in the first place."

The investigation into Omar marks a significant escalation in the Trump administration's broader push to root out fraud within the immigration system — a core pillar of the president's second-term agenda. Homan's announcement signaled that the administration is willing to pursue even sitting members of Congress if the evidence warrants it.

Omar has not been charged with any crime, and the DHS investigation is ongoing. It is not yet known whether the probe will result in formal charges or deportation proceedings.

'WE ARE LOSING'

But Fine's most alarming warning came when he shifted to the broader fight against radical Islam — a battle he said America is currently losing.

"Well, I don't know that we're winning. I think we're losing," Fine told Fox News Digital. "And you can see it in the unbelievable fear that people have about talking about mainstream Islam. I saw a video today about a mosque in Texas that [is] literally showing the erasing of a church and the building of a mosque. They are openly fundraising on the premise that they will eliminate Christianity in this country."

Fine continued: "And people are absolutely petrified to speak the truth about it. That is a battle we are losing. And if we're not willing to tell the truth about mainstream Islam, we're done. You can see what has happened in the United Islamic Kingdom. That will happen to America if we are unwilling to deal with this problem."

The congressman's remarks reflect a growing concern among national security hawks in the Republican Party that the West has been too timid in confronting the ideological threat posed by radical Islamic extremism. Fine's reference to the "United Islamic Kingdom" echoes language used by critics who argue that European nations like the United Kingdom have allowed parallel legal systems and unchecked migration to erode their cultural foundations.

Fine also stressed that the U.S. must prevent Iran from obtaining nuclear weapons, cautioning that the threat cannot be ignored. The ongoing conflict with Iran — which has dominated headlines in recent weeks — has become a central issue in the lead-up to the November 3 midterm elections. According to polling analysis from Nate Silver's forecast model, 55.7% of Americans currently oppose the Iran war, while 35.6% support it. Trump's net approval sits at -19.7 in Silver's aggregate, with the economy and inflation dragging down his numbers.

WHAT IT MEANS FOR THE MIDTERMS

The political stakes could not be higher. Democrats are strongly favored to retake the House and are more likely than not to gain control of the Senate, according to Silver's forecast model — a prediction driven largely by Trump's net approval rating, which sits close to -20. If the Iran conflict continues to disrupt global oil markets and drive up gas prices and inflation through November, Republicans could face catastrophic losses.

But Fine's argument — that Democrats have aligned themselves with a hostile foreign regime out of personal animus toward Trump — is a message the GOP hopes will rally its base. The IRGC's public call for Trump's defeat gives Republicans a tangible example to point to: Iran itself is openly rooting for Democratic victory.

Whether that message cuts through the economic pain Americans are feeling at the pump is unclear. What is clear is that Fine — a first-term congressman from Florida's 6th District — has positioned himself as one of the most unapologetic voices in the Republican conference on issues of national security, immigration enforcement, and the cultural fight against radical Islam.

His willingness to call for the deportation of a sitting member of Congress if the facts support it, and his refusal to soften his language about the threat of radical Islam, signals that the MAGA wing of the party has no intention of backing down as the midterms approach.

Our Take

Randy Fine isn't a career politician. He's a businessman and a freshmen congressman who speaks like someone who still remembers what it's like to live outside the Beltway. And that's exactly why his message lands.

While establishment Republicans tiptoe around uncomfortable truths, Fine says what millions of Americans are thinking: that the Democrat Party has become so consumed by Trump Derangement Syndrome that it will side with the mullahs in Tehran before it will side with an American president. That's not a policy disagreement. That's a pathology.

On Ilhan Omar, Fine is right. The evidence of fraud — the shell companies, the mysterious $30 million, the immigration irregularities — has been piling up for years. If Tom Homan's investigation uncovers what many of us have long suspected, deportation isn't just appropriate. It's necessary. The law applies to everyone, including members of Congress who built their careers on identity politics and anti-American rhetoric.

And on Fine's most important point — that we are losing the battle against radical Islam — he is absolutely correct. When Americans are afraid to speak the truth about a mosque in Texas openly fundraising on the premise of eliminating Christianity, we have a problem. When entire neighborhoods in Europe have been transformed by parallel legal systems and cultural enclaves that reject Western values, we have a problem. When our leaders refuse to name the enemy, we cannot possibly defeat it.

Fine's warning isn't fearmongering. It's a fire alarm. The question is: are enough Americans awake to hear it before the smoke fills the room?

The midterms are five weeks away. Iran is openly meddling in our elections. Gas prices are climbing. And the Democrats are still more focused on destroying Donald Trump than defending America.

Patriots, it's time to send a message.

I traveled to Israel last year, and it opened my eyes to how complex and dangerous the region is. We need leaders who recognize and address these threats effectively.

Why does it seem like some members of Congress forget who our true allies and enemies are? It's about time we start prioritizing America's safety.

Does anyone else wonder why there's so much division in our government over issues that should be straightforward, like calling out Iran for its actions?

It's frustrating, but unfortunately, some politicians prioritize playing political games over making sound decisions.

Randy Fine is spot on! It's frustrating how some people are more interested in opposing Trump than standing against regimes like Iran.

Exactly! It's sad that personal grudges get in the way of common sense and national security.

If only more representatives had the courage to say what Randy Fine does. It’s people like him who will keep our country on the right track.
