A MAJOR key indicator for a red wave in November just happened in Minnesota, I’ve got the details stay tuned.
Following Tuesday’s special election Republican Brad Finstad will finish out the remaining term resulting from the passing of Jim Hagedorn.
The Hill writes. Democrat Jeff Ettinger lost Tuesday’s special election for Minnesota’s 1st Congressional District to former state representative Brad Finstad. Given the district’s strong Republican tilt, Finstad was heavily favored to win Tuesday’s special election.
In the run-up to the November general election, special elections are often seen as a bellwether of which party will be in the lead.
Finstad took to twitter to twitter for his victory announcement and wrote- ”I’m humbled to receive the support of my fellow southern Minnesotans to represent them in Congress. Our country faces extraordinary challenges, but I am confident that we can come together to overcome them and ensure the 21st century is yet another great American century.”
Townhall reports. After Roe v. Wade was overturned in the Dobbs decision, Finstad’s special-election victory will leave some significant tea leaves for November’s election. Furthermore, it provides another boost to Republican momentum as party leaders seek to highlight successes – as was done with Republican Rep. Mayra Flores’ special election victory in Texas’ 34th Congressional District.
It was noted by election watchers that Finstad’s victory beat long standing margins for GOP candidates in Minnesota’s 1st district, and that it had a quieting effect on Democrats who need some good news for November.
Could the Red Wave really be a thing this November? I know we need the Red Wave to happen in America. We need to have as many conservatives in office as possible, to help negate some of the crazy things coming out of Washington DC right now. I just want everyone watching this to remember the rule of three- Everyone needs to bring three people with them to vote. We all need to do our part to ensure that this Red Wave actually happens. Without you it’s not possible.
