Rather than apologizing or backing down, Brittany Aldean is turning her feud with leftist country stars into a merchandising opportunity.
The Daily Wire Reports. In an Instagram post, the wife of musician Jason Aldean emphasized her opposition to certain medical treatments for transgender youth. This limited release features shirts and sweatshirts emblazoned with “Don’t tread on our kids.”
The proceeds will go to Operation Light Shine, which combats human trafficking and child exploitation. The collection is available on brittanyandkasi.com under the name “TOMBOY.”
It all comes after Aldean posted a video caption last week saying, “I’d really like to thank my parents for not changing my gender when I went through my tomboy phase.”. I love this girly life.”
Thanking your parents for not letting you change your gender seems like a pretty obvious thing, but of course we know the left doesn’t see reality so easily.
According to Fox News, Country music singers Cassadee Pope and Maren Morris were just a few of the many to criticize the seconds-long video, with Pope tweeting that celebrities could “see the positives in including LGBTQ+ people in their messaging,” as Morris added, “it’s so easy to, like, not be a scumbag human?”
Representatives of Aldean, Pope, and Morris did not immediately respond to Fox News Digital’s request for comment.
Her post received more than 137,000 likes, including comments from Lara Trump, Jon Pardi’s wife Summer, and her husband.
A day after Brittany’s video went up, Pope tweeted, “You’d think celebs with beauty brands would see the positives in including LGBTQ+ people in their messaging. But instead here we are, hearing someone compare their “tomboy phase” to someone wanting to transition. Real nice.”
Brittany shared Pope’s message on Instagram with the follow-up, “Advocating for the genital mutilation of children under the disguise of love and calling it ‘gender affirming care,’ is one of the worst evils. I will always support my children and do what I can do to protect their innocence.”
She ended her response with, “Until then, leave children alone.”
Leave children alone is right! It’s awesome to see prominent figures in our culture stand against the exploitation of children. Her courage will surely inspire others to stand against this woke indoctrination. Well done Brittany.
