The purge of the woke continues at CNN, as more and more people are being fired.

If you have been following Next News Network you know we have been paying very close attention to the mass terminations happening over at CNN, as their network continues to circle the toilet bowl. Now we have another announcement of them firing 2 more employees in an effort to stop the network from being flushed down the drains.
Daily Caller wrote. CNN media team members announced their departures Wednesday amid staffing changes announced by President Chris Licht.
After several major anchors and reporters had stepped down, senior editor An Phung and managing editor Alex Koppelman abruptly announced their departures. Their announcements coincided with Licht’s efforts to reform the network to produce more bipartisan reporting.
In her departing message An Phung stated that “For a kid born on a refugee boat, a prestigious job at CNN was never a given. Then to be able to work with some of the most brilliant journalists in the industry—this job has just exceeded my biggest and boldest childhood dreams. I am living proof of what is possible.”
So brilliant that they are all getting fired. Nice one.
In Alex Koppelman’s departing message he tweeted “I’m so proud of the work we were able to do together—revealing allegations against Mark Halperin, the series of stories that led to the deplatforming of Alex Jones, reporting on sexual assault and Uber, ferreting out misinfo, breaking the Twitter whistleblower news and much more.”
These recent terminations are following the purge that Chis Licht is performing over at CNN.
Next News Network previously reported. In recent weeks, CNN parted ways with some hard-left hyper partisan personalities, including Brian Stelter and John Harwood. John Malone one of CNN largest investors, announced that he wanted to see a change in the company and to get back to “real” journalism”. Since joining CNN in 2012, Licht has been evaluating the network’s so-called “talent” to reduce the extreme partisanship that has plagued the network in recent years. It was also reported that Licht is considering dismissing Jim Acosta and Brianna Keilar from the network, although a New York Post report from late last month indicated that Acosta would be safe for now.
CNN is a dumpster fire, the trust the public has in them is nearly gone. We genuinely hope that one day we can say that they are in fact reporting the news, and not spewing leftist filth and calling it fair and impartial. Until that day happens, CNN will continue to be one of the worst news agencies in the world. Period.
