President Biden’s student loan bailout has been ruled illegal by a federal judge in Texas, dealing the administration a massive blow.
The Daily Wire reports, For individuals earning less than $125,000 per year, or less than $250,000 for married couples, Biden’s controversial student loan bailout would cancel up to $10,000 of student debt.
U.S. District Judge Mark Pittman issued the ruling after the Job Creators Network Foundation sued, claiming that Biden’s loan bailout was illegal.
The Job Creators Network filed the lawsuit last month on behalf of two borrowers, one of whom was not eligible for the full amount the program offered, and the other of whom was deemed ineligible.
A challenge to President Biden’s massive student loan handout is likely to end up in the Supreme Court, which will strike down the administration’s unconstitutional plan, experts told Fox News Digital.

As part of a lawsuit filed by Missouri and other states challenging the program, they argued that the Department of Education is not authorized to forgive this level of debt.
According to O.H. Skinner, executive director of the Alliance for Consumers, Missouri’s case has the best chance of defeating Biden’s plan.
Biden’s student loan forgiveness plan is unfair to those who have paid off their education debt and it puts an undue burden on taxpayers. This is just another example of Joe Biden’s bad judgment and inability to fix problems. We should be fixing our southern border and focusing on ways to help solve the 40-year inflation America is experiencing, but instead, the white house is determined to cater to the radical left by offering free handouts.
