This week, Congressman Jim Jordan certainly put on a show during a subcommittee hearing that will have patriots everywhere cheering. The Republican congressman from Ohio showed why exactly he is considered one of Congress’ strident and persistent conservatives, leaving no stone unturned in embarrassing one of his Democratic opponents with an epic fact-check that sent ripples throughout Capitol Hill.
On Thursday, Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) humiliated former impeachment counsel Rep. Daniel S. Goldman (D-NY) during a hearing of the House Select Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government.
Breitbart reports, in 2019, Goldman served as the lead counsel for Rep. Adam Schiff (D-NY) on the House Intelligence Committee’s impeachment investigation of then-President Donald Trump.
As a proponent of the “Russia collusion” hoax, he even taunted Trump on Twitter by claiming that the “pee tape” would be found.

Goldman defended censorship of social media in questioning witnesses on Thursday. Additionally, he pressured witnesses to admit that Russia interfered in the 2016 presidential election.
However, Goldman went too far when he claimed, falsely, that Twitter had never been instructed to remove “lawful” content.
Dan Goldman (D-NY) put on a masterclass today. He points out the real censorship in this country. You have govt officials banning books and TFG who jailed his former counsel so he couldn't publish a book. Oh yeah but Twitter. 👀 #wtpBlue #DemVoice1 #Fresh pic.twitter.com/Lh37wePHKw

Immediately after making that claim, Jordan presented proof disproving the Democrat’s argument.
Rep. Daniel Goldman (who bought a congressional seat) says "you cannot find actual evidence of any direct government censorship of lawful speech."

When Jordan presented evidence to contradict Goldman’s lies, one of the other members said, “Boom.”
Thursday’s moment in the House Select Subcommittee hearing when Rep. Jim Jordan served an epic fact check to Rep. Daniel S. Goldman was definitely one for the books. Jordan brought the receipts and proved that Twitter has, in fact, been asked to remove lawful content– something Goldman earnestly argued against. Goldman was left speechless while Jordan flat out schooled him with the truth, which was unexpected by all lawmakers in attendance. It was truly an amazing moment that ended up making a mockery of the Democrats defense of censorship.
