Among the details shown are what appear to be secret information about China, Russia’s military campaign in Ukraine, and surveillance efforts. Many of the documents appear to have been prepared for Gen. Mark Milley, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, and other senior military officials, according to a U.S. defense official. Milley claims that these records would be available to all with proper clearances in the future.
