Breaking: Leaked Report Reveals Absurd War Plan Involving Trump and Iran
Special Counsel Jack Smith recently leaked a report to CNN, claiming that audio recordings exist of former President Trump discussing classified documents. As more information comes to light, it’s clear these documents involve a war plan by General Mark Milley, which was quickly dismissed by Trump.
The classified information in question was a report written by Mark Milley, the same individual who is widely criticized for surrendering Afghanistan and handing over $80 billion worth of US weapons to the Taliban. Milley’s report suggested a plan to invade Iran with a “massive number of troops” – a plan that was promptly rejected by President Trump and his staff. As the first US president in decades to keep the country out of new wars, it’s no surprise that Trump didn’t take Milley’s idea seriously.
This latest leak revolves around a meeting held at Trump’s New Jersey golf club in July 2021. Attendees included two people working on the autobiography of Trump’s former Chief of Staff, Mark Meadows, as well as aides employed by the former president. The individuals at this meeting did not have security clearances that would allow them access to classified information – making the leak all the more suspicious.
Meadows’ autobiography actually discusses what appears to be this very meeting, noting Trump’s recollection of the four-page report in which Milley urged him to attack Iran. However, although CNN claims the document was not produced by Milley, investigators have questioned the general about the incident in recent months. Milley’s spokesman, Dave Butler, declined to comment.
Once again, the Department of Justice has produced a seemingly pointless leak while ignoring potentially incriminating documents on Hunter Biden’s laptop. It’s clear that this latest “smoking gun” is nothing more than a ridiculous, already-dismissed war plan cooked up by none other than General Mark Milley.
