**Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton has made shocking revelations about the FBI targeting him at his home after defending former President Trump. Fitton was served with a grand jury subpoena while recovering from surgery, only for the FBI agents to question him about the Mar-a-Lago raid and January 6 events.**

Tom Fitton, the president of Judicial Watch, recently revealed that FBI agents came knocking at his door while he was recovering from skin cancer surgery. The agents served him with a federal grand jury subpoena and proceeded to question him about the Mar-a-Lago raid and the January 6 Capitol events, all in connection to Fitton’s defense of former President Donald Trump.

In an interview with Fox News host Jesse Watters on Thursday evening, Fitton expressed that the situation was highly unusual. “Two FBI agents are at the door with a subpoena for me to testify to the grand jury presumably about this Mar-a-Lago issue,” he said, only to be informed right before the grand jury that the FBI wanted to ask him about the January 6 events as well.

During the four-hour session with the grand jury, Fitton stated that he was tag-teamed by three prosecutors who interrogated him about various topics such as tweets, electors, the Clinton sock drawer case, and even a lunch he had at the White House. Fitton informed Watters that no actual crimes were presented to the grand jury.

The Judicial Watch president said that he was specifically targeted by the federal government for his defense of Trump taking presidential records to his Mar-a-Lago resort. The agents, Fitton recalled, wanted to know what he said to Trump during a particular lunch and how the former president reacted to that conversation.

Fitton criticized the entire process, referring to it as an abuse of power. “This is abuse of power! A fishing expedition and it was as political as anything you would see at a DNC convention!” he exclaimed.

**The alarming story of Tom Fitton being targeted by the FBI raises questions about the extent to which the federal government is willing to go to pursue its political opponents. With no actual crimes presented to the jury, Fitton’s experience emphasizes the concerns of abuse of power and political bias within the justice system.**
