**Illegal Aliens Arrested for Murder: A Tragic Consequence of Biden’s Border Policy**
Five illegal immigrants have been arrested for the horrific murder of a 15-year-old Maryland boy, highlighting the appalling consequences of President Joe Biden’s border policies. As terroristic gang MS-13 grows its influence across our nation, American families continue to suffer.
Limber Lopez Funez, aged 15, disappeared on February 25. Officers found a crime scene in a wooded area near Orchard Way and discovered poor Limber’s remains on April 24. Working tirelessly, the Frederick Police Department, U.S. Marshals Service, and other law enforcement agencies apprehended five individuals – all MS-13 gang members or associates – and charged them with first-degree murder in this tragic case.
The suspects, Alexis Alfredo Ayala Lopez, Jose Roberto Ramos-Lopez, Ismael Ivan Rivera Canales, Ismael Lopez Lopez, and Elmer Bladimir Reyes-Reyes, were identified by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement as being in our country illegally. A heartbroken Frederick Police Chief Jason Lando expressed sympathy for Limber’s family, hoping that these arrests would bring them some closure.
Unfortunately, this haunting story is just one instance of the many crimes committed by illegal aliens in recent years. Homicide convictions involving noncitizens have seen a shocking increase, with 12 convictions in 2023 alone. Comparing this to a mere three murder convictions in 2020, the increase is a horrifying 1,900%.
In another brutally violent incident, just last week, illegal alien and MS-13 gang member Jose Lopez Rivera was sentenced to 26 years in federal prison for killing a man because of the shoes he was wearing. Since President Biden took office, an estimated 5.5 million illegal aliens crossed the border, increasing crime rates and making our neighborhoods more dangerous.

When will our current administration prioritize American safety? As illegal aliens continue to enter our borders, crime rates rise and families are left mourning the loss of their loved ones. President Biden must enforce stricter border policies to protect our nation and prevent the loss of more innocent lives.
