Rep. Anna Paulina Luna (R-FL) has declared that FBI Director Christopher Wray may be imprisoned if he does not hand over crucial evidence in a $5 million bribery scheme involving President Joe Biden. Luna has said that she has information from a highly credible FBI source that the agency has used for years. While Wray has confirmed the existence of the FD-1023 form, he has refused to comply with the House Oversight Committee’s subpoena. Luna suggests that the FBI fears its informant, who brought forward pertinent information accusing Biden of criminal dealings, may be killed if unmasked. She argues that the FBI director could face jail time over his failure to comply.
