The White House has been rocked by a shocking incident that has left conservatives across the country absolutely appalled. Cocaine was found in the lobby area of the West Executive Avenue entrance, but despite this egregious offense, the Secret Service has completely failed to identify the culprit responsible.

Representative Tim Burchett from Tennessee, an upstanding conservative voice in Congress, has taken action to demand answers from the incompetent Secret Service. In a letter to the agency’s director, Kimberly Cheatle, Burchett expressed his “deep concern” over the incident and demanded answers to his “additional questions” since the investigation’s wrap up.

It is truly stunning that the Secret Service has failed so completely in this investigation. Despite having access to the latest forensic technology and resources, the agency has failed to analyze DNA found on the bag of cocaine or identify any fingerprints. This is a complete abdication of their duty to protect the sanctity of the White House.

Furthermore, Burchett has raised questions about a lack of clarity from White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre. It is highly suspicious that individuals who had access to the area where the cocaine was found have not been questioned by the Secret Service. Is there a cover-up happening within the walls of the White House?

The incompetence of the Secret Service is matched only by their lack of transparency. Burchett has demanded a timeline from the agency of the “time of discovery of cocaine until termination of the investigation,” including the “times and dates of briefings to the President and senior White House staff.” The American people deserve answers and accountability from the Secret Service, but instead, we are met with silence and obfuscation.

This is not just a matter of a couple of lost fingerprints or DNA samples. This is about a fundamental failure of the Secret Service to uphold their duty to protect the White House. Who knows what other security breaches have gone undetected? It is more important than ever that a comprehensive investigation is launched to get to the bottom of this and hold those responsible accountable.

Conservatives across the country demand answers, and we will not rest until those responsible are brought to justice. It is time for the Secret Service to stop hiding behind excuses and start taking their job seriously. The future of our country depends on it.
