Another day, another outrageous example of backwards 'progressive' justice in Texas. Travis County District Attorney José Garza has once again shown where his loyalties lie – and it's NOT with law-abiding Texans or the brave officers who protect them.
Garza has slapped criminal charges on a Department of Public Safety trooper for doing his job, while the career criminal the officer was chasing – a documented gang member with multiple pending felonies – continues to roam the streets of Austin. This isn't justice, folks. This is a complete inversion of right and wrong.
The indicted trooper was simply pursuing a dangerous criminal who poses a real threat to public safety. But in Garza's twisted world, the good guys get prosecuted while the bad guys get a free pass. It's the kind of backwards thinking that has turned once-great American cities into crime-ridden hellscapes.
Patriots Rally Behind Persecuted Officer
Americans across social media are expressing outrage at this latest example of prosecutorial misconduct. Twitter user April Sa called for donations to support Officer Chance Britches, who she says is being "politically targeted for protecting the citizens of Austin during the 2020 riots by a socialist DA Jose Garza."
"It appears that Travis County DA Jose Garza is another pure evil extreme liberal. He defends all criminals and goes after law enforcement and law biding citizens," posted another concerned citizen on social media.
This is exactly the kind of anti-police, pro-criminal agenda that President Trump and conservatives have been warning about for years. While radical DAs like Garza waste taxpayer resources going after cops, violent gang members are free to terrorize innocent families.
America First Justice Coming
Fortunately, the Trump administration is already working to restore law and order across America. With strong leaders like Attorney General Pam Bondi and Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem in place, the days of coddling criminals while persecuting heroes are numbered.
How long will Texans tolerate prosecutors who protect gang members while prosecuting the police officers risking their lives to keep communities safe? It's time for real accountability – and real justice.
