While President Trump's mass deportation operation ramps up nationwide, sanctuary jurisdictions are still putting their radical ideology ahead of protecting innocent children from predators who shouldn't even be in our country.

Juan Ramon Juarez-Talamantes, a 29-year-old illegal immigrant from Mexico, stands accused of raping three young children in Asheville, North Carolina. But instead of immediately handing this monster over to ICE for deportation, local sanctuary policies are creating bureaucratic roadblocks that could allow him to victimize more children.

This is exactly the kind of preventable tragedy that Trump warned about during his campaign. How many more kids have to suffer because bleeding-heart liberals refuse to cooperate with federal immigration enforcement?

The Sanctuary City Scam Exposed

Juarez-Talamantes snuck across our border illegally and went completely undetected by Biden's failed border security apparatus. For months or even years, he was free to roam American communities while planning his horrific crimes against the most vulnerable members of our society.

Now that he's been caught and charged, you'd think any reasonable person would want him deported immediately. But sanctuary policies—designed by Democrats to obstruct immigration enforcement—are preventing ICE from getting this predator off our streets.

"Federal immigration authorities are begging sanctuary officials to hand over" the suspect, according to reports. Think about that—our own government has to BEG local officials to help protect American children from foreign criminals.

This insanity has to stop. Every day this illegal immigrant remains in local custody instead of ICE detention is another day he could potentially be released back into our communities.

Trump's Deportation Machine vs. Obstruction

President Trump promised the largest deportation operation in American history, and his administration is delivering. But they're being sabotaged at every turn by Democrat officials who care more about virtue signaling than child safety.

How many more innocent victims will sanctuary cities create before they finally admit their policies are a complete disaster? Patriots across America are watching—and we won't forget which officials chose to protect foreign criminals over American children.

As a father of two daughters, this makes my blood boil. These sanctuary policies put our most vulnerable citizens at risk for what - political virtue signaling?

I feel the same way. Our kids deserve better protection than this.

What parent in their right mind supports policies that protect child predators? This should be a bipartisan issue.

This is why we need to defund sanctuary cities completely. Cut off federal funding until they comply with immigration law!

Why are we even debating this? Criminal aliens should be deported immediately, especially those who hurt children.

Federal law trumps local law - this isn't complicated. These mayors and city councils need to face consequences for harboring criminals.

How is this even legal? ICE has a federal mandate and these local officials are actively obstructing justice.

This is exactly why sanctuary cities are a disaster waiting to happen. When politics comes before protecting our children, we've lost our way as a nation.

Absolutely right. The safety of American children should always come first, period.

I worked law enforcement for 30 years and saw firsthand how these policies tie officers' hands. We used to be able to work with ICE to keep dangerous people off the streets. Now politics gets in the way of public safety.
