A decorated American military hero is dead after being gunned down by a convicted ISIS terrorist in what can only be described as a preventable tragedy that never should have happened on American soil.

Lieutenant Colonel Brandon Shah, a beloved instructor at Old Dominion University in Virginia, was fatally shot Thursday by Mohamed Bailor Jalloh, a naturalized citizen and former National Guard soldier who was previously convicted of supporting the Islamic State terror group.

Let that sink in, Patriots. A man who pledged allegiance to ISIS was walking free in America and had access to firearms. How is this possible?

Jalloh's background reads like a case study in everything wrong with our immigration and justice system. Despite his previous conviction for supporting the world's most notorious terrorist organization, he was apparently free to carry out this deadly attack on American soil.

Biden's Legacy of Failed Immigration Policies

This blood is on the hands of the previous administration's open-border policies and soft-on-terror approach. While President Trump works to secure our borders and drain the swamp, we're still dealing with the catastrophic failures of the Biden regime's reckless immigration policies.

Lieutenant Colonel Shah dedicated his life to serving our nation and educating the next generation. He deserved better from a system that should have protected him from known terrorist threats.

The fact that a convicted ISIS supporter was allowed to remain in our country - let alone have access to weapons - is an absolute disgrace that demands immediate investigation. How many other ticking time bombs are walking among us thanks to failed vetting processes?

Time for Justice and Accountability

This terrorist attack underscores exactly why President Trump's hardline stance on immigration and national security is not just right - it's essential for protecting innocent Americans like Lieutenant Colonel Shah.

Our prayers are with Shah's family and loved ones during this difficult time. This American hero's sacrifice will not be forgotten, and his death must serve as a wake-up call for anyone still naive about the very real terrorist threats facing our homeland.

How many more decorated veterans and innocent Americans must die before our broken system finally gets fixed?
