Joe Biden must be getting really worried about his families dirty secrets coming out. So worried that he is establishing a “Disinformation Governance Board” to monitor the Free Speech of Americans. However, now he has a very big problem on his hands named Elon Musk.
Musk joined in on Twitter criticizing Biden’s new attempt at censorship. He jumped into a conversation with conservative social media influence Steven Crowder to let people know how dangerous this new group actually is.
“The government is creating a misinformation governance board. Who else did something like that? Oh I remember, the Nazi’s. And there’s some data showing some interesting things going on post-@elonmusk’s Twitter takeover!”
Musk responded to Crowder, saying simply “Discomforting.”
Musk’s exchange with Crowder came after Biden named Nina Jankowicz to be the head of his new Disinformation Governance Board. Jankowicz has been criticized for her strong leftist political leanings including an inflamatory anti-Trump tweet from just 2 years ago about the Hunter Biden laptop being censored by twitter.
She tweeted at the time: “Back on the ‘laptop from hell,’ apparently- Biden notes 50 former natsec officials and 5 former CIA heads that believe the laptop is a Russian influence op. Trump says ‘Russia, Russia, Russia.'”
Of course, we now know that the laptop was completely authentic and there has still been zero evidence proving Russia’s involvement with it’s release. This definitely makes it harder to justify naming Jankowicz to the position considering she pushed disinformation about an opposing political party so recently.
Jankowicz is now trying to explain away her tweets, claiming she was simply “live tweeting” quotes from a Presidential debate. She said, “For those who believe this tweet is a key to all my views, it is simply a direct quote from both candidates during the final presidential debate. If you look at my timeline, you will see I was livetweeting that evening.”
Even leaving the qualifications of Biden’s nominee aside, the general concept of a “disinformation governance board” in a country where the 1st Amendment is Freedom of Speech is beyond insane. In fact, it is quite possibly the most unAmerican thing a US President has ever done while in office. Do you think Congress or the Supreme Court should immediately act to dissolve this board?
