Last week marked the beginning of the trial of former Hillary Clinton campaign lawyer Michael Sussman for lying to the FBI about the 2016 election. Already we are receiving major revelations and breakthroughs is the case.

In a shocking new twist it was revealed on Friday that Hillary Clinton herself approved the release of the controversial data to reporters.

The revelation was made by Hillary Clinton’s own former presidential campaign manager, Robby Mook.

Mook told the jury that he went to former Secretary Clinton herself and said “Hey, we have this (now-debunked data) and we want to share it with a reporter.”

According to Mook, “She agreed to that.”

The leak that Mook is referring to was the claim that Trump Organization server and Russia’s Alfa Bank were sending secret messages to each other in the forms of micro-transactions. The goal was to suggest this was how Putin was directing then-candidate Trump.

Robby Mook admitted that the campaign had not bothered to verify the accuracy of the data before handing it off to reporters, claiming it would be their job to verify the claims before running the story.

“Part of the point of giving it to a reporter was they could run it down further,” he said. “A reporter could vet the information and then decide to print it.”

Mook said he first heard about the data from former Perkins Coie lawyer Marc Elias. He also claimed that he couldn’t recall the source of the data Elias was pushing into the campaign. He also outed other former Clinton campaign execs like John Podesta, Jake Sullivan and Jennifer Palmeri as having been aware of the data and it’s issues before he took it up the ladder to Hillary.

Hillary Clinton feigned ignorance on the issue during the election, tweeting shortly after the release of the original Slate article, “Computer scientists have apparently uncovered a covert server linking the Trump Organization to a Russian-based bank,” Clinton wrote.

She also attached a statement from Jake Sullivan, who now serves as President Biden’s national security adviser, reading, “This secret hotline may be the key to unlocking the mystery of Trump’s ties to Russia.”

The evidence against Hillary Clinton is stacking up, and her actual involvement in the scandal to shift the election with lies to the American people is becoming more and more apparent by the day. Do you think she will be called in to testify at some point? Do you think any of the legal consequences will fall on her once the trial concludes?
