Disgraced TV star Alec Baldwin blew a gasket during an interview with accused pedophile movie producer Woody Allen on Tuesday.
Baldwin was interviewing with Allen about Allen’s new book Zero Gravity on an Instagram LIVE stream filled with wifi trouble.
During one incident, when Allen’s stream froze, Baldwin stood up, walked off screen, and began screaming at his housekeeper Leonetta in Spanish.
The actor shouted, “Leonetta! Leonetta! Basta! Las perritas! Basta! Las perritas, suficiente!” This translates roughly as, “Leonetta! Leonetta! Enough! The dogs! Enough. The dogs. That’s enough!”
Baldwin was relentlessly mocked online by actual Spanish speakers who said his Spanish was so bad that they couldn’t understand it.
Spanish speaking comedian ore into Baldwin, tweeting, “Inexplicably interviewing Woody Allen on Instagram Live, watching as Woody loses Wi-Fi, and then getting up to yell something in Spanish that I a native Spanish speaker can’t understand has surpassed Schweddy Balls as the new funniest thing Alec Baldwin has ever done. God tier.”
Another Twitter user mocked Baldwin for his Spanish, comparing it to the scandal around his wife Hilaria acting like she grew up in Spain and using a Spanish accent despite growing up primarily in the US and using the accent occasionally.
The interview was also criticized for never touching on Alec Baldwin’s western film Rush, which was suspended after the actor shot and killed a camerawoman using a loaded gun on the set.
Journalist Emily Miller pointed this out in her own tweet while also slamming Allen for famously marrying his own adopted daughter.
The decision for these 2 wildly controversial figures to try and promote each other is definitely questionable at best. Would you ever support anything either of these men make after everything they have done?
