Brooklyn Pastor Doing a Livestream Sermon is Robbed

There has been an increase in crime in many of our most liberal cities in the last few years. New York City, Los Angeles, Chicago and others have been plagued by crime, just of it violent. Recently in Brooklyn, a pastor was in the middle of a sermon that was on Livestream when he was robbed at gunpoint.

Lamor Whitehead was preaching to his congregation recently, which included those watching via Livestream when two men came in with guns and robbed him. Watch:

The thieves got away with more than $1 million worth of jewelry from Whitehead, his wife, and possibly others there at the time. Whitehead is known to drive a Rolls Royce and likely made his money “[f]rom owning his own mortgage firm and real estate firm, [and from] being a well- respected advisor to very prominent men and women in various political positions” according to his church website.

Whitehead was preaching at the Leaders of Tomorrow International Ministries in Canarsie around 11:14 a.m. when three masked gunmen burst in, police said. “How many of you have lost your faith because you saw somebody else die?” Whitehead had just asked his congregation.

Then, Whitehead can be heard saying “All right, all right,” before you can see him go down to the floor. You can then see them milling about Whitehead, looking to be robbing him. Another man is seen in the video, sitting in a chair, looking rather calm.

“Whitehead, dressed in a maroon suit with a gold-trimmed collar and sleeve cuffs, was wearing a long gold chain and a large ring on each finger at the time,” reports the New York Post.

“This past April, [New York City] saw a 36.5 percent rise in crime while the state’s bail reform laws have come under scrutiny,” reports Breitbart News. It continues:

“Overall index crime in New York City jumped a staggering 36.5 percent last month compared to March of 2021 as the state’s soft on crime bail laws begin to shape the 2022 gubernatorial race.

There were 1267 robberies city-wide in March, which is a 48.4 percent leap from the 854 robberies in March of 2021, while the city tallied 1044 grand larcenies auto, a 59.4 percent climb from last year, the New York City Police Department’s (NYPD) crime statistics show.”

To rob a man while he is preaching is evil. It shows a total lack of morals and ethics, and definitely no belief in God. Were you curious about the man sitting in the chair watching the whole thing? What did you think about him?
