Joe Biden has decided to take matters into his own hands and start building the wall, but there’s just one problem. He’s doing it in the wrong location!
You’d think that since the southern border is still being flooded with illegal immigrants, President Biden would want to do something about it. A border wall seems to be a good idea! However, to Biden, the only border wall he’s willing to put up is one around his Delaware home to keep the peasants out.
FOX News reports, After vacationing on Kiawah Island, South Carolina, President Biden is heading back home to Delaware, where he’s spending taxpayer money on a $500,000 security fence for his Beach house.
After spending the last couple nights in Wilmington, Delaware, Biden is expected to arrive at his $2.7 million summer house in Rehoboth Beach on Saturday, according to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). On Wednesday, Biden took a break from his busy vacation schedule to show up at the White House to sign the $739 billion scam bill , the Inflation Reduction Act into law.
DHS awarded a Sussex County company $456,548 in September 2021 to build a security fence around the president’s home.
According to USAspending.gov, an online database of federal government spending, the DHS contract with Turnstone Holdings LLC reached $490,324 this summer for the “purchase and installation of security fencing” at the residence.
The fence’s construction began on Sept. 21 of last year and is expected to be completed by June 6, 2023.
According to tweet from former CBS White House correspondent Mark Knoller, As noted by The Daily Wire, Biden has now spent more time away from DC than any of his three predecessors at this point in their presidencies.
He Tweeted:
“By my count, this is Biden’s 49th visit to Delaware as pres. Brings the number of days there to 150. Compared to: Trump: 17 visits to Mar-a-Lago; 13 to Bedminster NJ (132 days) Obama: 8 vac trips incl HA & Martha’s Vineyard: (38 days) GWBush: 14 visits to Texas ranch (100 days),”
Joe Biden is singing this tune all the way to Delaware: “border security wall for me but not for thee!”
