The Biden administration was caught lying through their teeth, and there’s evidence to prove it.
Just the News reports, Biden’s White House initiated the criminal investigation into alleged mishandling of documents long before it claimed to have no prior knowledge of the raid on Trump’s estate, working directly with the Justice Department and National Archives. Based on contemporaneous government documents reviewed by the outlet, the FBI was able to review evidence retrieved from Mar-a-Lago this spring and eliminated executive privilege claims by the 45th president.
According to the memos, then-White House Deputy Counsel Jonathan Su was in contact with the FBI, DOJ and National Archives as early as April, shortly after 15 boxes of classified and other materials from Trump’s Florida house were voluntarily returned to the agency.

On FOX News, Harvard Law Professor Alan Dershowitz also reacted to the bombshell development, saying that the Biden administration “should not be able to waive the executive privilege of President Trump.”
As we previously reported, all of this comes as Joe Biden’s spokeswoman has recently repeatedly claimed that Biden had no knowledge of the raid and that he found out about it as the media reported on it.
Even Biden’s press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre repeatedly refused to answer if Biden’s administration was weaponizing the Justice Department and the FBI against political opponents.
