There’s a new king of late night TV and it’s not who you may expect. This conservative TV show is new on the scene and already crushing it. Wait until you see who it is.

Fox News just had a great week!

According to TownHall, Fox News’ “Gutfeld!” has done particularly well in the ratings for a late-night comedy show during the 11:00pm hour, often beating CBS News’ “The Late Show With Stephen Colbert.” Although it ended August as the most watched late-night show in broadcast and cable history, it made late-night history.

According to Kipp Jones of Mediaite, it “became the first non-broadcast network late-night show to defeat ABC, CBS, and NBC for all of August.”

Earlier in the month, “Gutfeld!” made headlines as well for its highest ratings ever, beating out Colbert’s show, and doing so with an audience that Mediaite’s Alex Griffing pointed out was “continuing to draw a surprising diversity.”

With an average of 2.19 million viewers for August, “The Late Show With Stephen Colbert” came in second with an average of 2.15 million viewers. Brian Flood, writing for Fox News, noted that CBS News has never placed first in its five-and-a-half-year history. In contrast, “Gutfeld!” premiered only in April 2021. Here’s a short segment from the show.

The network’s press release about the ratings highlighted not only “Gutfeld!”‘s success, but also the network’s overall success. For weekday primetime viewing, Fox News Channel (FNC) ranked third behind CBS and NBC across all of television. For the 19th consecutive month, it has been the top cable news network.

Greg Gutfeld also hosts “The Five,” another top cable news show on the network. He has also hosted “Red Eye” and “The Greg Gutfeld Show.”

“#Gutfeld” has been trending on Twitter in celebration of the show’s milestone, as fans congratulate the host.

This is an incredible milestone for Fox, but also a milestone for conservatives taking back the culture. This is a victory against the woke left and reflects the public’s rejection of it as well.
