A new interview with former Clinton advisor Dick Morris revealed that Democrats are looking to “dump” President Biden in favor of Hillary Clinton in 2024. Current polling back this up as we’ve been reporting.
According to the NY Post, Hillary Clinton is “dusting off” her husband’s playbook by criticizing the Biden administration’s “open borders” to prepare for a 2024 presidential run, senior political consultant Dick Morris said.
According to Morris, a former top aide to Bill Clinton, Hillary is positioning herself as a “moderate” candidate for Democrats in two years for her third presidential bid.
In response to renewed speculation about Biden’s potential second term, the longtime Bill Clinton adviser made the prediction on WABC’s “Cats Roundtable” on Sunday.
Morris believes, as long as no other centrist candidate emerges, the Democratic party will dump Biden.
Morris argued that Clinton had already begun moving toward the center after stating that Americans oppose open borders and criticizing Biden for accusing Republicans of embracing “semi-fascism.”
Earlier this year Morris went deeper into the Clinton revival strategy:
In a recent interview on CNN with Fareed Zakaria Bill Clinton laid the groundwork for criticism of Biden’s Border policies which would be a bedrock to Hillary’s 2024 presidential bid.
Clearly Bill was setting up the narrative to open the door to criticize Biden’s policies which is fundamental to challenging Biden in 2024 or simply taking the mantle of the democrat party if he – in fact – does not run again. Bill Clinton is the only top democrat who has the authority in the party to do so. The media will take their cues from his words as they shift their position on the border.
Bill was strong on borders so he has legacy positions to fall back on and steer the party away from the extremist wing back to the more moderate side.
This of course is a ruse to appear more nationalist and patriotic. Hillary will still work on here extremist feminist agenda while pushing the nation further into socialist dependency.
