BREAKING NEWS: It appears that Katie Hobbs’ office has been caught breaking the First Amendment as they reportedly were collaborating with Big Tech to attempt and silence her critics in regard to the 2022 election against Kari Lake. The Twitter files provide clear evidence of how Arizona State is breaking constitutional law- likely giving Kari Lake the leverage she needs to keep fighting. We have all the details that you need to see in this report.
Musk’s disclosure of how Twitter suppressed speech during the 2020 presidential election is just the beginning of the story. The fallout from this breaking news continues to rain down on the state of Arizona, and it’s sure to change the game for good. It looks like Kari Lake may have a real shot at this election now that Katie Hobbs and her office have gone ahead and crossed the line. We’ll all just have to wait and see how it plays out.
Lake responded to the explosive revelations of the Twitter Files on the WAR ROOM vowing to Fight back.
The plot thickens. According to explosive new emails, Arizona’s Katie Hobbs’ office appeared to take advantage of connections at Twitter to silence her critics ahead of the 2022 gubernatorial race with Kari Lake.
Trump attorney Cristina Bobb broke the news tweeting, “Katie Hobbs’s office contacts Twitter to have posts removed. So, the democrat candidate, who ran the AZ election, censored her political opponents, disrupted Election Day votes, and then threatened counties with prosecution if they didn’t declare her the winner.”
She attached this image of an email from the Arizona Sec. of State office, Hobbs office, flagging tweets as the proof of her claims.
Rep. Majorie Taylor Green argued that this was a blatant violation of the First Amendment and called for a full federal investigation.
“The SOS of AZ and Gov candidate Katie Hobbs, used the power of the AZ SOS to collude w/ Twitter to unconstitutionally violate 1st Amendment rights of Americans for her own political gain. This is communism and Hobbs can not be governor. I’m calling for a Federal investigation.”
Should Arizona certify the Election despite these new revelations Kari Lake stated she has a lawsuit ready to go.
This news follows last week’s revelations that Kari Lake’s Lawyers were sanctioned by an Obama appointed judge following her lawsuit. Lake is now responding.
Epoch Times reports, earlier this year, Judge John Tuchi of the US District Court for the District of Arizona rejected Lake’s lawsuit, and on Dec. 3 he moved to fine attorneys for Lake and Republican Secretary of State candidate Mark Finchem.
Lake’s team challenged Tuchi’s order and accused him of being politically motivated. Former President Obama appointed Tuchi, according to a Lake campaign statement.
Lake’s campaign spokesperson Ross Trumble told media outlets, “This case is not about money or gain. It was essentially a public interest lawsuit seeking electoral integrity. It is very very rare to sanction a party in public interest suits. All in all this reads like an angry Obama appointee who wants to send a message. The message is if you lose shut up and don’t come to court. The message is not that you lost a case or acted in bad faith.”
Lake filed a lawsuit against Maricopa County earlier this month to obtain election records to challenge the election results. Lake also alleges that Maricopa County Republican voters were disenfranchised by Election Day issues. A point she drove home on the WAR ROOM.
With the problematic evidence popping up surrounding Katie Hobbs and her office, it is evident that Big Tech and Arizona State have violated the First Amendment. The Twitter files are cause for immediate concern, showing clear manipulation at play in Katie Hobbs’ office to silence those who spoke out against her. Kari Lake has spoken up, refusing to let this pass by without consequence, as she now has the leverage to proceed with her lawsuit if Arizona certifies their election regardless of these violations. As Kari Lake continues to prove herself a formidable opponent, it looks like it may take more than unjustified censorship from an incumbent governor’s camp to win the 2022 gubernatorial race.
