In response to climate change concerns, incoming House Democratic Whip Katherine Clark of Massachusetts recalled one of her children “waking up with nightmares.”.
According to the NY Post, in an interview with NBC News anchor Chuck Todd, Clark was asked what she and incoming House Democratic leader Hakeem Jeffries intended to do differently than their predecessors Nancy Pelosi and Steny Hoyer.
According to Clark, her “generation” can bring a fresh perspective to Congress because their kids grew up surrounded by threats such as climate change and gun violence.
Congresswoman Katherine Clark’s comments on her children’s fear of climate change are simply outrageous and unbelievable. By virtue signaling in such a way, Democrats are trying desperately to make you fear climate change and they will go as far as stretching the truth or lying completely to make their point. It is clear that this is nothing more than virtue signaling on the part of the Representative that should not be taken seriously. The Democrat party has an unhealthy obsession with making climate change appear to be worse than it actually is, and this move from the Representative only confirms it.
