BREAKING: Biden in the FBI Crosshairs over What They Just Found Documents

It’s a case of corruption at the highest level. The Biden administration is now firmly within the crosshairs of an intense FBI and DOJ investigation into new evidence uncovered in relation to a classified document discovered by federal authorities. In this video, I’ll break down the details surrounding this explosive situation and explain what it means for the President going forward.

Two sources with knowledge of the investigation told CBS News that Attorney General Merrick Garland has assigned the U.S. attorney in Chicago to review classified documents found at the Penn Biden Center for Diplomacy and Global Engagement in Washington. The roughly 10 documents come from Vice President Biden’s office at the center, the sources said.

As President Biden attended meetings in Mexico City shortly after the situation was reported, journalists shouted questions at him. Biden ignored the questions as usual.

Located about a mile from the White House in Washington, D.C., the Penn Biden Center is an affiliated think tank with the University of Pennsylvania and named after Joe Biden.

All presidential and vice-presidential documents must be turned over to the National Archives under the Presidential Records Act. Classified information is protected by special protocols.

According to CBS News, the FBI is also investigating the case.

Personal attorneys for Biden identified the material on Nov. 2, just before the midterm elections. Biden’s personal attorneys discovered the documents when packing files housed in a locked closet at the Penn Biden Center in Washington, D.C., Sauber told CBS News. Sources said the documents were contained in a folder in a box with other unclassified papers.

Garland tasked United States Attorney John Lausch with investigating how classified material ended up at the Penn Biden Center. As a preliminary step, the attorney general will decide whether further investigation is required, including possibly appointing a special counsel.

The former President Donald Trump appointed Lausch to serve as U.S. attorney, and he is one of two remaining U.S. attorneys from that era.

Trump himself reacted to the news, writing on Truth Social, “When is the FBI going to raid the many homes of Joe Biden, perhaps even the White House? These documents were definitely not declassified.”

Many Republican lawmakers also reacted to the news, including Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, who wrote on Twitter, “Joe Biden took classified documents from the White House when he was Vice President. The VP does NOT have the power to declassify, only POTUS. Joe Biden stole classified documents. This is a very serious crime. DOJ & NARA can’t sweep this under the rug AND persecute Trump.”

Tennessee Senator Marsha Blackburn also commented on the news, tweeting, “It’s been revealed that classified documents were found inside Joe Biden’s private office. Why were they there, why wasn’t the Justice Department looking for these documents, and who had access to them?”

Congressman and former WH doctor Ronny Jackson added, “It’s just been discovered that Biden had HIGHLY CLASSIFIED DOCUMENTS that were improperly stored in one of his private offices. INCREDIBLE! WHERE is the FBI? WHERE is the dramatic raid? We have two systems of justice in this country: one for them and one for us.”

This shameful act by Biden is a disgrace to our nation, as it is illegal to take classified information. It’s completely unreal that someone who is now our president would ignore basic protocols and important rules in the name of national security. It’s time now for justice to prevail and make sure that those responsible are held accountable for their actions, as nobody is above the law – even a President who has been shielding many times from it.
