An angry Alec Baldwin was seen outside his Manhattan home on Tuesday, a day after he won a judgment reducing his potential prison sentence from five years to maximum 18 months in his ongoing manslaughter case.

On the set of the movie Rust in 2021, Baldwin shot and killed Halyna Hutchins, who was a cinematographer. Baldwin is still facing manslaughter charges.

Despite his legal victory, Baldwin appeared incensed with members of the press outside his Manhattan apartment, as he aggressively ordered a photographer out of the way and tried to open the wrong car door in a fit of rage.

Upon hearing a journalist say ‘Hello, Mr. Baldwin,’ the actor approached another photographer near a car and shouted, ‘You’re in my way, get out of my way!’

When Baldwin tried to open the door of the car the photographer was standing in front of, he realized that his own SUV was double parked on the other side, as someone exclaimed, “It’s the other car, Alec.”

On Twitter, the account ‘Citizen Free Press’ commented on Baldwin’s mood, saying, “It ended bad for Alec Baldwin. He’s in a prison far worse than whatever awaits in New Mexico.”

The Santa Fe District Attorney’s office confirmed on Tuesday that Baldwin’s gun enhancement to manslaughter charge had been dropped, meaning he could avoid prison altogether if found guilty.

Baldwin’s lawyers filed a motion earlier in the month arguing that the firearm enhancement in this instance was unconstitutional and the result of an ‘elementary legal error’.

Meanwhile, In connection with the death of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins, Baldwin pleaded not guilty to involuntary manslaughter.

According to documents obtained by Fox News Digital, Baldwin waived his first court appearance on Thursday. As part of his release conditions, he is not allowed to possess firearms or other dangerous weapons. He cannot also consume alcohol, which should not affect Baldwin, who has been sober since 1985.

It is also prohibited for Baldwin to discuss the incident with potential witnesses in the “Rust” case. According to the documents, he is only allowed to contact them about related or unrelated business matters related to finishing the movie’s filming.

The recent video highlighting Alec Baldwin’s anger towards an innocent photographer just trying to do their job is concerning. Even after a judicial victory that reduced his potential sentence from five years to maximum 18 months, Baldwin was seen outside his Manhattan home in an alarming state of rage. He barked at the photographer and mistakenly tried to open the wrong car door, raising serious questions about possible anger issues. With this incident as evidence, some could argue that Baldwin is in some serious need of anger management therapy.
