Shocking new details emerge in a Biden bribery scandal, as the FBI brazenly defies a congressional subpoena. What explosive information does the FBI hold that could bring down America’s former Vice President? Don’t miss the incredible story of corruption, cover-ups, and a battle for the truth.

In a stunning turn of events, the Federal Bureau of Investigations has refused to comply with a legally binding subpoena issued by Congress, sparking outrage and raising eyebrows. The subpoena demands that the FBI provide an informant file alleging that former Vice President Joe Biden took bribes while in office. However, the FBI’s resistance to this request has fueled suspicion and distrust.

On Wednesday’s episode of “The Chris Salcedo Show,” Representative Nick Langworthy reacts to the news of the FBI’s refusal to comply with a Republican subpoena regarding the Biden investigation.

House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-Ky.) issued the subpoena last week, requiring the FBI to hand over the file by Wednesday, May 10. The FBI’s response was a letter claiming they will continue to withhold the file from Congress to protect “confidential human sources.” This claim has left many questioning the true motive behind the FBI’s defiance.

Acting assistant director for congressional affairs, Christopher Dunham, argued that information provided by confidential human sources is “unverified and, by definition, incomplete.” He added that the FBI’s Confidential Human Source program relies on maintaining confidentiality to ensure the safety and effectiveness of the sources involved. Dunham emphasized that confidential sources provide information to the FBI at personal risk, and that maintaining their confidentiality is crucial for the effective execution of law enforcement and national security duties.

Rep. Comer strongly criticized the FBI for their refusal to release the file. “It’s clear from the FBI’s response that the unclassified record the Oversight Committee subpoenaed exists, but they are refusing to provide it to the Committee,” he told the New York Post. He further stated, “We’ve asked the FBI to not only provide this record but to also inform us what it did to investigate these allegations. The FBI has failed to do both. The FBI’s position is ‘trust, but you aren’t allowed to verify.’ That is unacceptable. We plan to follow up with the FBI and expect compliance with the subpoena.”

This development follows the House Oversight Committee’s revelation of a series of bank statements, which show the Biden family receiving over $10 million in payments from foreign nationals’ companies during Joe Biden’s tenure as Vice President. A memorandum states, “Biden family members and business associates created a web of over 20 companies—most were limited liability companies formed during Joe Biden’s vice presidency. Bank records show the Biden family, their business associates, and their companies received over $10 million from foreign nationals’ companies.”

The memorandum also highlights that these payments were made to Biden family members from foreign companies while Joe Biden served as Vice President and continued even after he left public office.

As the FBI continues to withhold crucial information, the nation holds its breath, waiting to see if the truth about the Biden bribery allegations will be exposed. Will the FBI’s defiance lead to a corruption crisis, or will transparency and justice prevail? With mounting pressure from Congress and the public demanding answers, only time will tell. Stay tuned as we bring you the latest developments in this explosive scandal, unraveling the web of deception and potential corruption at the highest levels of American government.
