Justin, a six-year-old Labrador-golden retriever mix, has been Grace Mariani’s faithful service dog throughout her time at Seton Hall University. Mariani, who uses a motorized wheelchair, has had Justin by her side as she worked diligently to earn her Bachelor of Science degree in Education. Recently, their academic journey culminated in a touching moment when the pair crossed the stage at the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey.
Proud canine Justin, clad in a “Canine Companions” harness and a bandana bearing his name, escorted Mariani as she received her diploma. Seton Hall University President Dr. Joseph E.
