Republican Representative Andy Biggs has accused the Biden Administration of intentionally failing to execute immigration and border security laws. In a recent House subcommittee hearing, former acting homeland security secretary Chad Wolf confirmed that the Biden Administration is the first of any political party to deliberately diminish security along the southern border, regardless of political affiliation. Wolf expressed that new leadership is needed, as Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas intentionally violated the law by releasing tens of thousands of illegal aliens through mass parole. Biggs has called for Mayorkas’s impeachment, reflecting the public’s frustrations with ongoing border crisis. The dangerous erosion of border security, which compromises national security, human smuggling, drug trafficking and other criminal activities, undermines the trust between the government and the people.
