Jill Scott, a so-called “artist,” is facing backlash yet again after she changed the lyrics to the Star-Spangled Banner, our nation’s beloved anthem. This disgraceful act reveals her true colors: a freedom-hating leftist who wishes to rewrite history in order to demonize our great nation.

Rather than honoring America’s history and the sacrifices made by our forefathers to make this country the greatest in the world, Scott altered the lyrics to fit her own vile narrative. She claimed that America is the “home of the slaves,” a revisionist lie meant to tear down the moral fabric of our society.
This change is not only inaccurate, but it is also deeply disrespectful to our brave men and women in uniform who have fought and died to protect our freedom and keep us safe. Scott’s actions show contempt for those who bled on the battlefield to protect the very values she seeks to undermine.
