Thursday evening, President Biden failed to mention Jesus or Christ during the White House Christmas address.
Despite referring to Jesus Christ as “a child Christians believe is the son of God,” Biden failed to mention his name, according to the Daily Wire. While supporting leftist policies that go against church teachings, such as abortion, the president has repeatedly claimed to be a “devout Catholic.”
Twitter users were fast to notice that Biden did not mention Jesus Christ’s name.
One Twitter user commented, “Weird move for a “devout catholic”…”
And another simply added, “evil”
Biden also stressed unity in his address by calling on the country to “spread a little bit of kindness” this Christmas season in hopes of easing the partisan tensions plaguing U.S. politics, according to the Washington Examiner.
President Biden’s failure to reference Jesus Christ in his White House Christmas address is truly disgraceful. In particular, it makes a mockery of his repeated claim to be a “devout Catholic,” while pushing forward other policies that are fundamentally incompatible with Church teachings. It shows that Biden is a fake Christian and is only pretending to adhere to faith, despite openly promoting views that stand in opposition to said faith. Jesus is the son of God and is the reason for the season — no Christian holiday message should leave him out and Biden’s decision to do so was absolutely uncalled for.
