HUGE NEWS: DISASTER in Blue States After Trying To Restrict Gun Sales

The attempt by blue states to impose gun control measures – or even gun bans – has failed miserably. Following the imposition of draconian and unconstitutional gun regulations, gun sales have skyrocketed as Americans take matters into their own hands to preserve their freedom and constitutional rights.

Gun bans have failed, gun purchases are skyrocketing, and liberal Democrats are trying to pass unconstitutional, draconian measures that fly in the face of our freedoms. It is becoming evident that gun-loving Americans will not sit idly by as overreaching gun regulations try to strip away their second amendment rights.

American Outlook reports, several blue states have tried to clamp down on guns recently, but the results have been the opposite. As Americans begin “voting with their wallets,” numerous states are seeing massive increases in gun sales, according to data from the Firearm Industry Trade Association (NSSF), despite blue states enforcing restrictive gun laws that aim to remove firearms from the streets.

Oregon, Washington and Illinois gun sales increased before or after legislators introduced or passed restrictive gun laws, according to National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS) data adjusted by the NSSF. Based on NICS firearm background checks, NICS determined the number of gun sales per month in each state.

Watch.

Laws that limit the right of law-abiding citizens to own firearms do have an effect on firearm sales, according to NSSF Public Affairs Managing Director Mark Oliva.

In November, Oregon residents narrowly passed Ballot Measure 114, which requires background checks, firearm training, fingerprint collection, and a permit to purchase a gun. According to NSSF data obtained by the DCNF, background checks increased from 29,472 in October to 86,075 in November after the law was passed.

Illinois recently passed the most restrictive gun ban in the country, and as a result the people are buying gun stores out of everything.

Townhall notes. Gov. J.B. Pritzker, a Democrat, signed a bill into law banning what he described as “assault weapons,” as well as high-capacity magazines and “rapid-firing” devices. This law came in response to a mass shooting last year in Highland Park near Chicago.

In the days preceding the gun ban, handgun sales at Maxon Shooter’s Supplies in Des Plaines, Illinois, doubled and rifle sales tripled, according to the Chicago Sun-Times.

The store owner Dan Eldridge stated “There’s been quite a rush of people trying to get in under the wire, Obviously, the law-abiding gun owners are concerned. And they’re voting with their wallets.”

As president of a state association of gun owners, Eldridge told the Sun-Times he would hold onto his “now-illegal stock” so that he could sell it again. According to him, the law is unconstitutional, and he plans to sue.

Another gun store owner had a lot to say regarding the new law Pritzker passed, and the increase of sales from it.

Watch.

With gun bans outright failing, gun-loving Americans are refusing to lay down and watch as liberal Democrats attempt to pass unconstitutional and draconian measures that recklessly trample our freedoms. Data from the National Shooting Sports Foundation (NSSF) clearly shows gun owners know gun bans don’t work, and firearm sales have skyrocketed in blue states that tried to implement gun control laws. It’s high time our politicians accept the things they cannot change: gun bans fail, freedom prevails–and gun owners will never give up their second amendment rights.
