After Elon Musk Successfully Acquires Twitter, Trump Reveals His Next Move

Trump followers everywhere have been trying to guess what he will do if Elon Musk acquires Twitter. Twitter has now accepted Musk’s $44 billion offer, so it looks like it’s all over but the crying. Both those who love Trump and those who hate him (but can’t stop thinking about him nonetheless) have been waiting with bated breath to see what he will do.

Well, Trump didn’t make us wait very long. On Monday, the same day that the Tesla CEO struck a deal with the controversial social media platform Twitter, Trump made his announcement. He very clearly stated exactly what his plans are regarding social media communications.

Trump, who called Elon Musk a “good man” and said that he will “make improvements to [Twitter],” has announced that he will stick with his new social media platform TRUTH Social. And while Trump has not yet “TRUTHED” on his own platform, he plans to start over the next week.

The former President stated that Twitter got very “boring” when it began censoring conservative voices and after people left when he was banned. In contrast, he said everyone is invited to TRUTH Social, conservatives and liberals alike. Importantly, according to Trump, the only place people will get to hear his personal voice is on his social media platform, TRUTH Social.

Musk, for his part, hopes everyone will be on Twitter, even if they are his worst critics, “because that is what free speech means.”

Donald Trump has continued to get his thoughts and opinions out on Twitter, despite being banned. His Tweets come in the form of “Statement[s] by Donald J. Trump, 45th President of the United States of America” and are posted by Right Side Broadcasting Network, or @RSBNetwork. For example:

I’m sure many on Twitter will hate to see him go.
