This week, As part of the anniversary celebrations for the withdrawal of American forces from Afghanistan, the Taliban held a parade in front of the US Embassy in Kabul.

Additionally, the Taliban celebrated in front of Bagram Air Base, flaunting the weapons left behind by US forces. Our country gave billions of dollars in weapons and equipment to the Afghan government, and much of that materiel fell into the hands of the Taliban when they took control of the country.
As noted by the Daily Wire, U.S. forces withdrew from Afghanistan at one minute to midnight on August 30, 2022. In response, the Taliban declared it a national holiday called Freedom Day.
The handling of the withdrawal by the Biden administration is one of the most unforgiving events for our country and military in history. The Taliban know that, and they are using every opportunity to make sure we never forget it.
