After months of scheming and shrewd politicking, Senator Thom Tillis’ latest attempt to advance the Amnesty Plan has been officially bunked.
Republicans campaigned heavily on their hard-line stance against amnesty, so it should come as no surprise that the bill was dead-on arrival in Congress. After a resounding rejection from his fellow party leaders, Tillis’ attempt to open America’s borders has proven to be fatally flawed yet again. He must now pack up this American tragedy and head back to the drawing board for another chance at enacting his bipartisan effort to convert millions of illegal aliens into democrat voters.
Citing reports on Wednesday night, Townhall reports that an attempt to grant mass amnesty to DACA beneficiaries has been killed due to outcry from conservatives and Republican lawmakers.
The bill would have granted amnesty to millions of illegal aliens. The bill was introduced by Sen. Thom Tillis (R-NC) and Kyrsten Sinema (I-AZ), who just left the Democratic Party.
Townhall’s report included a tweet from a CNN White House reporter that read, “The long shot bipartisan immigration deal led by Sens. Thom Tillis and Kyrsten Sinema is dead this Congress, sources say. Sen. John Cornyn and other members of GOP leadership said there was scant Republican support for the plan, which had yet to be released as legislative text.”
No text had even been released for the bill, but even Joe Biden said it was “encouraged” by the proposal, which told conservatives everything they needed to know.

Clearly, the poorly crafted legislation, which had been supposed to build support on both sides of the aisle, failed to do so as Republican lawmakers were not ready to hitch their names to a bill that was toxic among Republican voters.

The proposed bill had the potential to wreak havoc on our country’s security by allowing mass amnesty for DACA beneficiaries, and conservatives were not about to let that happen. After Biden expressed ‘encouragement’ for the plan, Republican lawmakers were flooded with calls from voters who knew this was just another attempt to solve the immigration crisis in that wrong way. The conservatives understood that illegal entry into America must be stopped and that this legislation was fatally flawed. Thanks to their vigilance, we have been saved from a disasterous situation – one that could ultimately threaten the future of our country.
