In an unexpected turn of events, one of Donald Trump’s appointed Federal Judges has blocked Joe Biden’s attempt to end the Remain in Mexico policy. With over 80,000 immigrants on the streets of El Paso and border facilities reaching max capacity, nice try, Joe. It seems as though Joe’s plan to import new voters has hit yet another much needed roadblock!
On Thursday, a Trump-appointed judge blocked President Joe Biden’s attempt to end former President Trump’s successful “Remain in Mexico” immigration policy. This was a major victory for conservatives, as the border is quickly being flooded with illegal migrants. Reportedly, nearly 60,000 individuals are gathering on the Mexican side of the border in order to enter the U.S., a concerning trend that indicates this decision to remain loyal to Trump’s policy may be essential in protecting our nation’s borders. Biden administration’s move had the potential to exacerbate an already precarious situation but this judicial decision has provided some security against out-of-control radicalism.
The “Remain in Mexico Policy” is not to be confused with Title 42. To prevent the spread of COVID-19, the US uses Title 42, a pandemic-era policy to expel migrants. In the case of migrants seeking asylum, the “Remain In Mexico” Policy prevents them from waiting in the US during the application process.
“Remain in Mexico” is the focus of this new decision by a Trump-appointed federal judge.
Joe Biden’s open-border policy has been a failure, recently leading to the release of over 80,000 immigrants into El Paso due to overflowing border facilities. This mass release of people comes at a serious cost as they’re entering overcrowded border towns and cities with an underfunded infrastructure unable to support the influx. Furthermore, due to the sheer number of immigrants released, healthcare and education facilities are running out of resources to sufficiently attend to every individual’s needs. In effect, Biden’s open-border policy is creating a humanitarian crisis affecting both citizens and non-citizens alike in El Paso and other border towns.
Washington Examiner notes, Between Aug. 22 and Dec. 11, according to El Paso’s publicly available data, 84,082 immigrants were released into the city. The United States allowed immigrants to remain pending court hearings years later. The releases were made by Joe Biden’s Customs and Border Protection and Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
The Dallas News correspondent Alfredo Corchado posted a video to twitter showing El Paso’s streets preparing for an influx of migrants if Title 42 ends next week. According to him, city, county, and federal officials are anticipating the arrival of thousands, the largest number since the Mexican Revolution of 1910.
It’s a win for America, as Biden just took yet another failure-to-launch when a Federal Judge denied his attempt to scrap the “Remain in Mexico” policy. This key safety policy was put in place by President Trump to protect our borders – and now it looks like it’s here for now! This win is especially good news for El Paso, whose border facilities are currently overflowing with more than 80,000 immigrants looking to try their luck in the US. It’s time we start holding accountable those who want to make America into a playground for illegal aliens and political games. We need to seal the border now and stand up against those who don’t have our country’s best interests at heart.
