An effort that has been widely referred to as an “unconstitutional panic”, Biden’s actions have continued with Secretary of Health and Human Services Xavier Becerra extending the “public health emergency” for the eighth time due to the ongoing pandemic. Thankfully, this wave of control won’t go unchecked; Florida Governor Ron DeSantis is ready to fight for their citizens’ rights. His courageous defiance has gained enormous public support, with people everywhere applauding even more fervently than they do the President’s executive orders. We may be on the brink of a major turning tide in the struggle for freedom.
According to Politico, it is possible that the current public health emergency could be the last one extended by the administration, with senior members suggesting that it could come to an end by spring.
HHS has promised to give states 60 days’ notice before any potential termination or expiration of the public health emergency, as stated by an HHS official in Politico. This is due to the impact such an ending would have on the health industry.
Governor Ron DeSantis of Florida has taken on the responsibility of standing up against President Biden’s unconstitutional tyranny, making a bold statement by vowing to protect his citizens from the extended public health order.
