CBS Exposes Newsom’s Anti-2A Lies! Gavin on the Ropes?

In a moment that sought to protect the freedom of law-abiding gun owners and preserve their rights, O’Donnell’s defiance of newsom’s power-hungry rhetoric sounded a more hopeful note for liberty-loving citizens fed up with newsom’s terrible record of undermining our most sacred rights.

Monday nights edition of CBS Evening news reportedly shocked viewers with news anchor Norah O’Donnell’s response to Democratic Governor Gavin Newsom’s lies regarding his anti-2A stand. Rather than falling prey to the same destructive cyclic rhetoric, O’Donnell had no qualms pushing back on Newsom’s attempts at smearing law-abiding gun owners and confiscating firearms from innocent Americans.

Newsbusters reports, Norah O’Donnell spent the majority of Monday night’s CBS Evening News opening segment discussing the tragic mass shooting in Monterey Park, California, which left eleven dead and ten more injured. While many in the leftist media and their allies in the Democratic Party have attempted to carry out the same tired and thoroughly debunked playbook of blaming the Second Amendment, O’Donnell stood out and challenged Democratic Governor Gavin Newsom when he attempted to smeared law-abiding gun owners in a power-hungry and self-serving attempt to confiscate firearms from innocent Americans by smearing law-abiding gun owners.

The reporter reported that Newsom visited the crime scene to “offer his condolences to victims and their families.” She then cut to a prerecorded exchange she presumably had with the governor earlier:

Watch.

Recently California passed some pretty ludacris legislation that allows for anyone to sue a gun manufacturer and have the company pay the legal fees.

Legal reader reports,  Gavin Newsom recently passed AB 1594, AB 2571, and AB 1621, new gun laws for California.

Citizens of California have the right to sue anyone who violates the state’s gun laws, up to $10,000 in damages, for manufacturing, distributing, or selling illegal weapons. A lawsuit was filed by a gun rights organization, which is still in the legal process, and a US District judge in San Diego blocked a portion of the law that states the gun industry must pay legal fees if someone sues.

In California, lawsuits may be brought against anyone who manufactures, distributes, imports, offers, sells, lends assault weapons, .50-caliber browning machine guns, or firearms without a serial number. Further, those who purchase non-federally regulated parts may be held liable. Sellers of firearms to buyers under the age of 21 could also be held liable. In addition, those who assist someone in violating the different restrictions may also be prosecuted.

Governor Gavin Newsom’s latest attempt to wrongfully blame law-abiding gun owners for the mass shooting in Monterey Park is both outrageous and unacceptable. Thankfully, news anchor Norah O’Donnell has stood up to Newsom and taken it upon herself to protect our fundamental right of freedom enshrined in the Constitution by our Founding Fathers. It is time for us to unite together and fight against those that wish to chip away at our Second Amendment rights, be it Newsom or anyone else. Enough is enough – it’s time to stand up for our freedoms and preserve them for future generations!
