GOP Takes Stand Against Manhattan DA’s Resistance to Testify

The battle for justice against SOROS-bought New York DI continues to heat up. Three brave and outspoken Congressmen have been vocal about his politically driven “investigation” into President Donald Trump, and the DA is rightly facing a lot of criticism for this clandestine attack. It’s clear he has been corrupted by powerful forces.

On Saturday, Reps. Jim Jordan (R-OH), James Comer (R-KY), and Bryan Steil (R-WI) let Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg know that they are ready to stand their ground in regards to partisan behavior towards president Trump while his city is destitute with crime. The unified stance of the three congressmen illustrates the importance of making sure the right decisions are being made in order maintain a clear sense of justice

Breitbart reports, members of Congress Jim Jordan (R-OH), James Comer (R-KY), and Bryan Steil (R-WI), have maintained that they continue to seek testimony and documents from Bragg related to the possible forthcoming indictment of former President Donald Trump.

In a letter obtained by Breitbart News, the three powerful committee chairs claimed there was a “substantial federal interest” in Congress probing Bragg’s Trump investigation after he ignored most of their initial requests.

They wrote. “Contrary to the central argument set forth in your letter, this matter does not simply involve local or state interests.”

The Republicans argued that, “if state or local prosecutors are able to engage in politically motivated prosecutions of Presidents of the United States (former or current) for personal acts, this could have a profound impact on how Presidents choose to exercise their powers while in office.”

In response to the correspondence, the three congressmen have exchanged letters back and forth, which could prolong the Republicans’ desire to subpoena Bragg for communication.

The source confirmed to Breitbart News that a New York Post article stating congressional staff had contacted Bragg’s office ahead of Thursday after not receiving a reply from Bragg to their first letter and that if Bragg did not respond, a subpoena would be issued.

Alvin Bragg has yet to reply to the congressmen’s letter but his office released a public statement about it.

Republicans asked Bragg to contact them to arrange a transcribed interview and provide numerous documents and communications. Bragg had until March 31 to comply.

The congressmen have every reason to want to investigate such a sketchy political investigation about a case that had previously been closed by the federal government and other local officials. The case is clearly spiringling out of control especially when news broke that Bragg had withheld information. Now Braggs looks to be buying time for a dead witch hunt.
