Joe Biden’s past promises are coming back to haunt him. An unearthed video has unveiled the true character of our current President, exposing his dictatorial aspirations. Despite his promises of unity and bipartisanship, Biden’s policies and actions actually, according to his own words, resemble that of a dictator – raising serious questions about his true intentions for our country.
In another instance of Joe Biden saying one thing and doing the opposite, the president has been doing a lot of the things he previously described as dictatorial. Now that Biden is acting as a dictator, he doesn’t see things as he once did.
During the 2020 presidential campaign, Joe Biden said in an interview that using executive orders for legislation was unacceptable unless you were a dictator.
Here’s what Biden said in October 2020 to ABC’s George Stephanapolous:
That is quite the definitive claim for Biden to have made, and he’s already abandoned his previous, supposedly crystal-clear stance, opting instead to legislate from the Oval Office through executive orders that circumvent the will of the American people exercised by their elected representatives in Congress. Biden’s team, naturally, argues that a dictator would use only certain executive orders, and he hasn’t signed any dictatorial orders.
Despite this, Biden has abused his executive power to circumvent Congress’ authority on a variety of issues such as gun control, abortion, and climate change in little more than two years.
Just two weeks ago, Biden announced: “I announced an executive order on gun violence to intensify our work to save lives. It will keep firearms out of dangerous hands, takes every lawful action to move as close to universal background checks without new legislation, expands awareness about red flag laws, and more.”
In July of last year, Biden tweeted: “This Court has made it clear it will not protect the rights of women. I will. That’s why today I’m signing an Executive Order to protect access to reproductive health care.”
In May of last year, Biden announced: “I’ve called on Congress to pass the George Floyd Justice in Policing Act, but Senate Republicans have stood in the way of progress. That’s why this afternoon, I’m taking action and signing an Executive Order that delivers the most significant police reform in decades.”
In December of 2021, Biden tweeted: “Today, I signed an executive order directing the federal government to achieve net-zero emissions by 2050.”
In August of 2021, Biden tweeted: The future of the auto industry is electric — and made in America. Today I’m signing an executive order with a goal to make 50% of new vehicles sold by 2030 zero-emission — and unveiling steps to reverse the previous administration’s short-sighted rollback of vehicle standards.”
And just last week, Biden’s climate “czar” John Kerry boasted how Biden was “issuing executive orders” to force his disastrous climate policies on the United States.
The recent video that has surfaced showcasing Biden’s past statements has raised alarms among many Americans. This revelation begs the question: what is Biden’s true agenda? As the leader of the free world, it is imperative that we remember his past promises and hold him accountable for his actions. The legitimacy of his presidency and the survival of our country depend on it. It is up to the American people to demand transparency and integrity from our elected officials. The future of our nation is at stake.
