Biden Loses Staffers at 1500% The Rate of Trump

Joe Biden just broke another terrible record that no president ever wants to see happen. A new report revealed that his administration has been bleeding staffers nearly 400% more than Obama and 1500% Trump did in their respective first years.

The new report shows that in his first year in office Joe Biden dropped from 560 staffers down to 474, representing a 15% decrease in staff.

By comparison, Barack Obama’s staff dropped by 4% between 2009 and 2010 from 485 to 466. Donald Trump’s staff dipped by only 1% in 2017 from 377 to 372.

The 15% loss in staff seen under Biden’s leadership amounts to almost a 4x (400%) increase vs Obama and a 15x (1500%) increase vs Trump.

One of the biggest losses of Biden staffers took place during the so-called “Blaxit“, when a large number of Black White House staffers quit claiming they received low pay and that there was little opportunity for advancement. The first and highest profile member of this group to leave was Kamala Harris’s vice presidential advisor Simone Sanders. Sanders had previously served as the Press Secretary for 2016 Bernie Sanders for President campaign. She was later joined by Tina Flournoy, Ashley Etienne, Vincent Evans, and Cedric Richmond.

Biden also has lost several high level staffers as well including former Press Secretary Jen Psaki and Psaki’s Chief of Staff Amanda Finney. Now his current Director of Communications Kate Bedingfield is set to step down from her position as well.

Joe Biden’s high turnover comes as the White House suffers from record low approval rating, with a recent Monmouth poll showing 88% of Americans were disappointed with the direction of the country.

Why do you think so many of Biden’s White House staff are ditching the President? Do you think its just the low pay while inflation is skyrocketing or are they afraid to be associated with him the longer he stays in office?
