If you live in a big city then you know all about the record crime and violence occurring. It seems like you can’t go a day without hearing about a looting, murder, or some other criminal occurance. People are getting fed up and leaving, including this one celebrity.

California residents are leaving the state en mass, and the Osbourne family is about to be one of them.

The Post Millennial Reports, Ozzy Osbourne and Sharon are returning home to England after living in the United States for almost two decades, so he doesn’t want to “die in America.” The couple cite “crazy” gun violence, high taxes and political strife keeping Americans divided as reasons for leaving their Beverly Hills home to a large estate in Buckinghamshire.

Osbourne said in an interview for the Guardian, “Everything’s effing ridiculous there. I’m fed up with people getting killed every day,” “God knows how many people have been shot in school shootings. And there was that mass shooting in Vegas at that concert… It’s effing crazy.” “And I don’t want to die in America” Tucker Carlson spoke to this rise in crime recently on his show.

Sharon Osbourne shares his disillusionment. She told the guardian, “It isn’t the United States of America at all,” Sharon Osbourne told the outlet. “Nothing’s united about it. It’s a very weird place to live right now.”

Previously, Sharon hosted The Talk at CBS Studios in Los Angeles, but was fired in 2021 after an on-air argument with co-host Sheryl Underwood.

Sharon said the move was not due to her husband’s health. In 2020, Ozzy was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease.

As Ozzy Osbourne explained to The Mirror in March, the family had been considering relocating due to California’s high taxes. Ozzy Osbourne said at the time. “We are leaving LA. We are a bit sad. But the tax is getting too much,” “I am sad because I really really like staying and living there.”

The two have put their longtime residence, Hancock Park, up for sale for $18 million. You can’t blame the Osbournes for leaving America. With the insanely high taxes in California, you’d think you’d be rewarded with safety. Apparently not. Democrats running the state need to take note of the citizens concerns and address this crime surge now, otherwise the exodus of their state will continue.
