Last week Biden invoked the specter of Armageddon during a speech to donors in New York. News of his shocking rhetoric spread across the world and reached the ears of Emannual Macron who had a thing or to to say in response.
According to FOX News, France’s President Emmanuel Macron condemned Biden’s comments warning of “Armageddon” as Russia invokes nuclear weapons.
Last week, we reported that Biden told the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee that Russian President Vladimir Putin isn’t joking when it comes to using weapons of mass destruction.
During Friday’s European Union summit in Prague, Macron replied to Biden’s comments by saying “We should speak with prudence.”
‘I have always refused to engage in political fiction, and especially … when speaking of nuclear weapons,’ Macron said.
However, as noted by the Daily Wire, on Sunday, National Security Council spokesman John Kirby reiterated the president’s “Armageddon” remarks from last week.
In an appearance on ABC’s “This Week,” Kirby defended remarks made by Biden at the Democratic Party fundraiser suggesting nuclear war was a possibility.
Biden literally ran away from reporters over the weekend that were trying to ask him about his armageddon comments.
