Roberts asked Circuit Court Judge Holly Meyer to give Navy Biden’s last name, noting that Navy is “estranged” from the first family and suggesting that this “misconduct or neglect” can be corrected.
The filing stated: “To the extent, this is misconduct or neglect, it can be rectified by changing her last name to Biden so that she may undeniably be known to the world as the child of the defendant and member of the prestigious Biden family,”
Navy, who resembles a young Hunter, does not have Secret Service protection like the rest of the family. Also, she is the fourth of five children Hunter Biden has fathered. Navy was conceived when Hunter Biden was still in a romantic relationship with his late brother Beau Biden’s widow, Hallie Biden.
